During normal business hours, our friendly in-house concierge team is available to answer your calls. After hours and on holidays, our AI powered phone agent handles calls and appointments.
Whether you call or book online, we will need some basic details: your first and last name, phone number, and email.
You must agree to our cancellation/no-show policy and provide your credit card information. Your card won’t be charged when you book; it is only used if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show according to our policy.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online through your patient portal or by calling us at (239) 822-1428 during business hours. We cannot accept cancellations via Instagram, Facebook, text message, or email.
As a courtesy, we send email and text message reminders. Please add our contact information to your address book and be sure to opt-in for text messages to receive these reminders.
A fee will be charged if you cancel, reschedule, or no-show for your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.
* A $50 fee will be charged for all appointments.
* A $100 fee will be charged for dermal filler, Kybella, PDO threads, or any appointment lasting longer than one hour.
If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the cancellation fee will apply.
In the case of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may apply a portion or all of your cancellation fee toward a future service.

While you don't have to be a member to enjoy our services, our memberships are designed to help you achieve your aesthetic goals more effectively and affordably.
We believe that consistent treatments, combined with the right products and wellness services, are essential for achieving lasting results. Our memberships provide the best value, ensuring you receive the ongoing care needed to look and feel your best.
As a member in good standing, you may freeze your membership once every 12 months for up to six months.
A one-time $25 fee will be charged to freeze your membership. This fee is waived for medical reasons with a physician's letter.

To cancel your membership, please email cancel@vivifirmmedspa.com with at least 30 days' notice. We will confirm your request via email within 3-5 business days.
We suggest freezing your membership instead of canceling. You can freeze your account once every 12 months for up to six months for a one-time fee of $25. There is no fee to reactivate your membership.

Your spouse is welcome to join you. We offer complimentary tea, coffee, and access to Netflix in our waiting room for your companion to enjoy.
Children are also welcome, but we ask if they are using electronics in our waiting room they must use ear buds or a headset to avoid disturbing other members.
